availability of Insider UpdateAgent 2.6, the product formerly known as
Insider Updates, a new version that includes performance enhancements,
interface improvements, and tight integration with Insider’s web site In
addition to its existing Standard and CD Editions, the new release includes
a new Limited Edition that updates all the applications on a Macintosh
system one time for only $12.95 US.
LIMITED EDITION UPDATES ALL SOFTWARE ON A MACINTOSH FOR $12.95 The new,
Limited Edition offers the full functionality of Insider UpdateAgent,
scanning a Macintosh system’s hard drives for all application and operating
system files, then retrieving new versions of outdated files from Insider’s
high-speed Internet servers. The entire procedure takes minutes and brings
the entire system up to date for only $12.95 US. “A great number of users
have expressed interest in a one-time edition of Insider UpdateAgent,”
remarked Rio Sabadicci, president of Insider Software. “For a very small
sum, the Limited Edition gives them what they want and eliminates many,
many hours of surfing and suffering.”
NEW, LOW PRICES AND FLEXIBLE PRODUCT CONFIGURATIONS Insider UpdateAgent 2.6
is also available in two additional editions that offer maximum flexibility
to a wide variety of customers. The Standard Edition provides a user with
unlimited, online updates for one year for $49.95 US, a 36% price reduction
from the previous price of $69.95. The CD Edition, published quarterly,
makes Insider’s complete collection of updaters available on multiple CDs
and also includes a year of unlimited online access, all for $299.95 US.

2.6 release of Insider UpdateAgent offers several performance and interface
improvements over previous versions. The Standard and Limited Editions now
download Insider’s online catalog of updaters 70% faster, cutting execution

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Insider UpdateAgent requires only one megabyte of memory to run on the
Macintosh system being updated, as well as whatever disk space is required
to store any relevant updaters. The CD Version also needs a local CD drive
or access to a networked CD drive.
