HappyGear

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Vancouver, WA — July 14, 2000 — AustinSoft is happy to introduce
HappyGear. HappyGear is a utility to allow gamers to use newer,
InputSprocket compatible gaming devices, such as USB joysticks and steering
wheels, with games not compatible with InputSprocket.

“HappyGear provides a JoyManager-compatible device using your InputSprocket
gaming gear,” lead developer, Glenn Austin, said. “This allows users to
take advantage of the new generation of joysticks and steering wheels with
games that haven’t yet been updated to work with InputSprockets, but do
work with keyboards and older gaming devices that are difficult or
impossible to find. HappyGear allows gaming device manufacturers to focus
on providing great devices and support for InputSprockets rather than on
trying to get their devices to work with other games as well.”

HappyGear will be available by August, and will cost $30 + shipping. More
details will be available at (http://homepage.mac.com/austinsoft/).

AustinSoft is a developer of popular utilities for the Macintosh.
