A Reuters report out of Tokyo reports that Sony has entered into a deal with Macromedia to add the company’s Flash Player to PlayStation 2 game consoles. Sony has been actively pursuing this strategy of late, as similar deals have been struck with RealNetworks and AOL in an effort to transform PlayStation 2 into a complete home entertainment hub.
