suggestions of the IT community, it replaces Computer Admin 2.2, which has

for the help desk features, Computer Admin Lite is also available as a

about all of your hardware and software. Add software and peripherals to
each computer or duplicate computers, all with the click of a button.
Analyze recurring computer and software problems by viewing their
histories. Create multiple levels of security for different users.
Customize reporting features by adding or subtracting up to ten different
fields within the standard reports section. Customize user-defined fields
in each category of software, computers, peripherals, and trouble calls.
For users who have FileMaker Pro, reporting capabilities are completely
customizable. Users of FileMaker Pro can also take advantage of web server
capabilities. Generate productivity reports by accessing the records of
each technician. All updates are free and easy to implement.

Computer Admin Pro runs under Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000 or Mac OS 8 or
higher. It costs $149(US) for a single-user version. For owners of
FileMaker Pro 5 or higher, a ten-user license is available for $499(US) and
a site-license is available for $999(US). A site license includes the
source code that offers complete customization of Computer Admin Pro’s
scripts, layouts, and field definitions. Computer Admin Lite costs $49(US).
