Apple’s SuperDrive, which is standard equipment on the 933MHz and dual-1GHz Power Mac G4 systems, is now available as a build-to-order option at the Apple Store on the low-end 800MHz Power Mac G4. The upgrade commands a US$200 premium over the standard CD-RW drive. Also, refurbished high-end iMacs are now available from the Apple Store for US$1,699 (Small Dog Electronics, a MacMinute sponsor, offers the same refurbished unit for $1,697).
