Digital Video Editing, which recently featured a performance comparison between the dual-1GHz Power Mac G4 and a dual-AMD 1800+MP PC, has put together a comparison between the 933MHz Power Mac G4 and the dual-1GHz model. The review finds that Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AfterEffects gain relatively little from the second processor, while Combustion 2, Studio Artist 2, and Final Cut Pro all measured significant performance improvements.
