The Jewel Bank of Zimbabwe has donated 253 iMacs to various schools across the country as part of the Edu-Cat computer program, according to The Herald, as noted by MacCentral. “The Jewel Bank launched the Edu-Cat promotion as a way of bringing the much needed technology to both high and junior schools to facilitate the delivery of quality education, the very basis upon which the foundation of our nation shall be built,” a bank executive said in a statement.
