PowerLogix today announced the world’s fasted PowerPC G4 upgrades, with speeds ranging from 750MHz to 1GHz. The PowerForce G4 Series 100 upgrades are for systems with 100MHz bus speeds (350MHz to 500MHz Power Mac G4 and Cube systems, excluding the “Yikes!” Power Mac G4 with PCI graphics), while the Series 133 are for systems with 133MHz bus speeds (466MHz and faster systems). The upgrades will ship in July at prices ranging from US$449 to $749.
