4D today announced 4D WebSTAR 5.2, an update to its Mac OS X server suite software, which now includes a new Mail server. Version 5.2 offers secure remote administration, support for multiple domains, and new security features, including anti-spam and anti-virus support. WebSTAR 5.2 will ship in September. In addition, 4D announced 4D Mail, a scalable, high performance Mac OS X Mail server, which offers anti-spam features, support for anti-virus, and WebMail. 4D Mail will also ship in September. Finally, 4D announced the 4D Business Kit 1.2, which is now native on Mac OS X, and is available immediately for US$499, which includes a license for two stores.
