Atlanta, GA – August 23, 2002 – The Big Nerd Ranch announces a new class –
Core Mac OS X Programming. Following the success of Big Nerd Ranch Cocoa
training, a class is now available for programmers interested in taking the
next step. Core Mac OS X Programming will allow programmers to harness the
power of Mac OS X’s Unix foundation.
For the week of November 11-15, 2002, Aaron Hillegass, Cocoa instructor and
author of “Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X,” is teaming up with Mark
Dalrymple to teach the new class. As with Cocoa classes, the Big Nerd Ranch
intensive training methods will guide students’ progress. Mark Dalrymple
joins the Big Nerd Ranch after 17 years as a Macintosh programmer and 12
years as a programmer on various unix platforms.
Mark and Aaron have developed course material that allows programmers to
take the next logical step. Class topics include:
