Chronos debuts F10 Launch Studio

Chronos has announced the release of F10 Launch Studio, new software that “will change the way you use your computer.” F10 Launch Studio offers a new way to launch applications and documents in Mac OS X. It’s “Launch Pad” is invoked by pressing the F10 key on the keyboard. The semi-transparent Launch Pad instantly appears filling the screen with large icons representing applications and documents on the user’s computer. An application can be launched simply by clicking the appropriate icon, upon which the Launch Pad immediately disappears. The software also has an Auto-Discovery feature that searches your hard disk for applications and assigns them to different categories such as “Productivity”, “Utilities”, “Games” and “Lifestyle.” F10 Launch Studio (US$29.99) requires Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar).
