iPoding notes that Toshiba’s Storage Device Division now lists a 40GB version of its 1.8″ hard drive that is used in Apple’s iPod. Toshiba’s 10GB and 20GB 1.8″ drives were announced in January of last year and then found their way into iPods a few months later in March (10GB) and July (20GB).
