Covad Communications today announced Macintosh support for its Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) services, offering Mac users a simple plug-and-play broadband service. The support includes Mac-compatible installation software in all Covad self-installation kits. All recent Macintosh operating systems including 8.0, 9.0 and Mac OS X are supported by this installation software. Support also includes customer service agents trained on the Mac operating system and available for phone support 24/7/365. The company also now provides Mac documentation on its online management system, SMART Account Manager.
