SlipStream Data today announced SlipStream 3.0, the latest release of its Internet acceleration software. The new version provides compression for email, as well as tighter integration with both Microsoft Explorer and Netscape Web browsers. In addition to the email acceleration functionality, SlipStream has added a Mac OS-X client and other speed enhancements. Version 3.0 is available for testing immediately (site not updated at press time) and will be generally available in early May of 2003.
