Apple has posted the winners from last night’s Eighth Annual Apple Design Awards, which honored developers for the creation of outstanding Mac OS X software. Salling Clicker 1.5 picked up awards for both Best Mac OS X Product (Best of Show) and for Most Innovative. Best Mac OS X User Experience went to Starry Night Backyard 4.0. World Book 2003 Jaguar Edition won for Best Mac OS X Technology Adoption. The Best Mac OS X Student Project winner was Hydra 1.0.1. The Best Mac OS X Use of Open Source award went to Fugu 1.0, while Best Mac OS X Server Solution was iNquiry 1.0. The Apple Design Awards for QuickTime Content award winners were also announced.
