Oasis CD Manufacturing today announced that it has been “hand-picked” by Apple to help supply independent music to the iTunes Music Store. Oasis’ “New Opportunities Package” includes the process of encoding music in Apple’s high-fidelity AAC format for inclusion in the iTunes store. Known throughout the industry as “independent music’s leading CD replicator,” Oasis is expanding its services to include this form of digital distribution to all independent musicians and labels.
