Apple on Monday released Security Update 2004-02-23 for Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) and Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) via the Software Update preference pane. According to the release notes, the update delivers a number of security enhancements and is recommended for all users. Apple said Security Update 2004-02-23 includes the following updated components: DiskArbitration, IPSec, Point-to-Point-Protocol, and tcpdump.
