WiebeTech has rolled out two new versions of its
Forensic Field Kit, both of which include high-speed, write-blocked FireWire 400/800/USB2 forensic readers. The complete kits—developed to help users recover content from hard disk drive mechanisms—allow forensic professionals to image 3.5-inch IDE and SATA drives in the field through FireWire 400 and 800 ports. They’re available in two configurations: the US$1,499.95 Forensic Field Kit 4 and the $1,699.95 Forensic Field Kit 5.
