Goldman Sachs Technology Investment Symposium in Phoenix, Arizona, Apple Chief Financial Officer Fred Anderson said Apple planned to have approximately 80 retail stores open by September. Seventy-six are now open and a new San Francisco establishment is opening this weekend in Union Square at One Stockton Street. It will be one of the company’s five flagship stores worldwide, joining the stores in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Tokyo.
