Apple has posted AirPort Software 3.3.1, which improves reliability of AirPort connections when changing network locations. According to the release notes, the update is recommended for all Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) users with an AirPort Extreme and AirPort enabled Mac or an AirPort Extreme Base Station.
