Wal-Mart music store launches, but not for Mac

Wal-Mart has officially launched its online music store, reports Reuters. The store charges 88 cents per song and Wal-Mart says it has added new artists and has expanded by 50 percent since it began testing in December. The new store also notes that to play the music on your PC you need “a recent version of Windows (sorry, no Mac or Linux)” and Windows Media Player 9. In addition iPods are not compatible.
