Apple scores average in online customer survey

The Customer Respect Group, an international research and consulting firm that focuses on how corporations treat their customers online, today released the results of its Spring 2004 Online Customer Respect Study of 61 computer products and services firms that rank among the largest 1000 companies in the United States. The top five companies were Hewlett-Packard (9.5/10), Science Applications International (9.5/10), IBM (9.0/10), Xerox (9.0/10), and Lexmark International (8.8/10). Apple’s score was 6.6 out of a possible 10.
