KeepAnEye, a multipurpose monitoring and notification utility, has been updated to version 1.6. KeepAnEye lets you track data sources (RSS feeds, pictures, eBay auctions, Web pages, software updates, disk usage, IP addresses) by providing visual representations that can be organized in windows, in the menu bar or in the Dock. What’s more, it observes them and alerts you when something interesting happens by using a general notification system. Version 1.6 offers enhancements of the visual rendering of the observers and can now display the observers in the menu bar and in its Dock icon. KeepAnEye sells for US$12 and is compatible with Mac OS X 10.2 and higher.
