Virtual Programming has announced that KnightShift has now entered beta testing. “KnightShift offers the best of conventional RPG and RTS games in a mystic world, full of fantasy and imagination,” notes the Web site. “The player takes control over heroes, real (funny) or magic characters and leads them to victory and honor.” The company says that this release “has now been merged with the latest 1.2 version of the PC code. So the Mac game will benefit from all the improvements generated by the PC user feedback of the initial release.” The game is expected to be available June 1, 2004 for £29.75.
