FileMaker has announced a competition for the best new database solution created in FileMaker Pro 7, the latest version of the company’s database software. Nominees will be selected by FileMaker and presented to attendees at the company’s upcoming FileMaker Developer Conference, August 29-September 1 at the Marriott Springs Resort Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. Finalists will be chosen on the basis of originality; best FileMaker Pro 7 based tricks; best use of FileMaker Pro 7 technology; and best User Interface. Value of prizes total nearly US$12,000.
