St. Clair Software has released version 1.5 of HistoryHound, which lets you do a fast text search on the entire content of all the Web pages you’ve visited recently, plus all the pages you’ve bookmarked. The update sports greater speed and efficiency in its indexing engine, and adds several user-requested enhancements. Highlights include support for OmniWeb 5, filters to prevent certain pages from being added to the search index, and a Find command for searching the contents of the preview and index status windows. This update is free to registered users of HistoryHound and US$19.95 for new users.
