Green Hills Software today announced the election of Avadis “Avie” Tevanian, senior vice president and chief software technology officer at Apple, to its board of directors. “Avie is a great addition to the Green Hills Software board,” said Dan O’Dowd, Green Hills Software’s founder and chief executive officer in the announcement. “He has been a pioneer in operating system development with a proven ability to turn innovative technology into a commercial success. His insight will add greatly to the talent on our board.”
