Two publishers this week announced new books to show readers how to get the most out of Apple’s DVD Studio Pro 3. Peachpit Press released “DVD Studio Pro 3: Visual QuickPro Guide” ($29.99) by Martin Sitter. This book shows you “how to build on your existing DVD authoring skills to master DVD Studio Pro 3’s many powerful new features–including more than 30 additional transition styles, superb HD-to-MPEG-2 encoding, and more.” Meanwhile, O’Reilly announced the release of “DVD Studio Pro 3: In the Studio” (US$44.95) by Marc Loy. The title is “written for both the intermediate DVD Studio Pro user and the experienced video professional, and helps readers fully understand the process of creating DVDs from start to finish.”
