Griffin Technology has introduced a new desk accessory for Apple’s AirPort Express. The Griffin Xpress Stand “increases effective range and signal efficiency for AirTunes by raising the base station up in the room. It also makes it easier to check the network status light at a glance.” The unit also includes built-in cable management, and a weighted, chrome metal base. Pricing for Xpress Stand has been set at US$24.99. Pre-orders are being accepted now for shipment beginning in the first quarter of 2005.
