Apple today opened its newest retail store in Jacksonville, Florida, at the St. Johns Town Center. In addition to a photo gallery of the opening, MacMinute reader Eric Lansaw also provided us with the following report: “Myself and a few of my new Apple friends were among the first in line at the Apple Store. The first person was Dr. Rick Salko. He arrived at 6:00 a.m. The next couple of people arrived there just after 7:30 p.m. I was there at about 7:45 a.m. and was the 4th or 5th. Then next thing we know the line was 20 then 75 then well over 100. I was a very good turnout for the Jacksonville Apple Store.”
