FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Boinx Mousepose 1.2 – Give Your Mouse The Place It Deserves
Munich, Germany – April 26th, 2005. Version 1.2 of the free Boinx Mousepose
implements the most requested features: the Dock Icon can be switched off,
a Menu Bar Icon can be used instead and the Hot Key can be assigned freely.
Of course, Version 1.2 has also been updated to run on Mac OS X Tiger.
Menu Bar Icon
“Since Mousepose shipped, the top feature request was to remove the Dock
Icon while Mouspos=E9 is running.” explains Oliver Breidenbach of Boinx
Software. Version 1.2 now can run as a faceless background app and be
controlled by a Menu Bar Icon.
Hot Key
With Version 1.2, users can now freely assign the Hot Key that activates
and deactivates the Mouspos=E9 effect. This feature was especially requested
by PowerBook users whose function keys were already reserved by the System.
Still Free and Available Now
“The number one complaint was that we did not charge for it”, says Oliver
Breidenbach. “But we think we’ll have to live with that.” Boinx Mousepose
can be used for free with a free license key which can be obtained from the
Boinx website. Boinx Mousepose 1.2 is available for download immediately
from the website at boinx.com/mousepose.
