Logitech today extended its audio product line by unveiling the company’s first speakers designed specifically for laptops — the Logitech V20 laptop speakers. The new speakers are USB powered and require no additional cables and include a collapsible stand on each satellite for maximum portability. In addition, the V20 speakers come with a protective travel case, include two-inch high-excursion drivers and three-inch pressure drivers, and offers integrated multimedia controls (play, pause, stop, skip forward and back, volume, and mute) into the top of the speakers. The Logitech V20 laptop speakers will be available in the U.S. beginning in September and Europe in October for a suggested retail price of US$79.99.
