Griffin Technology today announced an updated version of its iTrip FM transmitter for iPod. The new iTrip features a large backlit LCD screen, a knob on the side to select broadcast frequency, selectable LX or DX modes of broadcasting, the ability to set the iTrip to either US or International tuning modes, auto volume control that works with the iPod’s volume level to automatically avoid distortion, and more. The new iTrip is available now for US$49.99.
