The d16 group let us know that they are geared up to release the Phoscyon 1.5 virtual analogue synthesizer next week. Phoscyon is a vintage analogue modeled Bassline synthesizer with a unique low pass filter with an 18db/oct dumping and constant resonance amplitude throughout the entire frequency domain. Key improvements in version 1.5 include: Mac support for the first time (VSTi version will be available in Universal Binary format, with Audio Units to follow; all internal patterns are now stored within the host project; and various other improvements and general bug fixes. The price when it is released next week will be €85.
