December 15, 2006 – Freeridecoding announces the release of
SmartBackup 2.0 its application for smart lightweight backups.
SmartBackup performs fast end efficient backups to harddrives,
network sharepoints, webDAV, usb sticks and iPods. SmartBackup
supports configuration via Spotlights “saved searches”, archiving of
deleted or changed items, file exclusion, handling of multiple backup
sets, one-click restore and automation using iCal, Automator or
shellscripts. (Earlier releases of SmartBackup were called SyncupX.)
