Version 2.0 features: support for applications has been greatly enhanced and more functionality can be triggered; specialized support for those giving presentations; Sofa Safari, a collection of Web links the company provides for a specific topic — Sofa Control makes it easy to explore these Web sites with your Remote Control. Sofa Control requires Mac OS X 10.4.8 or later and a Mac that ships with the Apple Remote Control. A Sofa Control 1.0 license, with a free upgrade to the final 2.0, is available for US$9.99.
