Nineblock Software today announces the release of SnapMeasure 1.6, a plugin for Adobe Illustrator which implements a better measuring tool. Unlike the built-in tool, it snaps with visual feedback to elements on the page, can put measurement data next to the cursor, allows changes of line color, and lets you set the constrain angle and cursor key distance without opening the preferences window. This release adds adjustable precision, the ability to measure radii of curvature and tangent angles on Bezier curves, and more. SnapMeasure requires Illustrator 10, CS or CS2, and is priced at US$14 for a personal/non-profit license ($24 for a commercial license).
