MacPractice, developer of MacPractice MD for physicians, MacPractice DDS for dentists, MacPractice DC for chiropractors, and MacPractice 20/20 for optometrists, the Mac OS X practice management software and clinical applications, today introduced Communications Ability enabling text, email, and voice messaging from all MacPractice products. For each patient for each appointment, offices may choose to communicate using a combination of text message, email (with or without voice recording), and/or phone, according to the patient’s preference, at a cost of less than US$0.15 per reminder.
