Canon U.S.A. has announced the SELPHY ES2 Compact Photo Printer, the latest addition to its SELPHY line of printers. The new printer features an easy-to-use operation panel, a three-inch LCD monitor and multiple creative options for photos, including frames, clip art and image effects. It also offers advanced functions to correct photos: Portrait Image Optimizer detects faces within a photo and helps to correct them for brightness and contrast automatically; automatic red eye correction; and more. The Canon SELPHY ES2 Compact Photo Printer will be available in October for US$199.99.
