Lexmark introduces new color laser MFP to elevate office productivity
LEXINGTON, Ky., Jan. 15, 2008 — Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE: LXK)
today introduced the Lexmark X560n color laser multifunction product (MFP),
giving business customers access to high-quality, professional color
printing in an easy-to-use all-in-one device.

color laser MFPs for customers looking to bring the power of color to their

Designed for customers who print and copy color documents frequently, the
Lexmark X560n features business-class performance, printing at speeds up to
31 pages per minute (ppm) in black and 20 ppm in color in addition to fast
copying and robust fax and scan capabilities for $999*. It includes
networking standard so that it can be easily shared by multiple users to
consolidate devices and help customers save energy usage and money on
supplies and maintenance costs.
With the Lexmark X560n, businesses can quickly and affordably print
professional color presentations, brochures, invitations, labels and
signage in house without having to incur the expense and extra time
involved with outsourcing documents to a local copy shop. To further
improve productivity, the Lexmark X560n features a 50-sheet automatic
document feeder to make faxing, scanning or copying multiple-page documents
faster and more efficient.
The Lexmark X560n is easy to maintain and operate, and features the
highest-yield cartridges and lowest supplies intervention rate in its
class. The Lexmark X560n is the first color laser MFP under $1,000 to offer
10,000-page** aftermarket toner cartridges in all four colors to help give
customers a low cost-per-page and minimize environmental impact because of
the need for fewer cartridges. In addition, Lexmark’s free Cartridge
Collection Program, which is available in more than 50 countries, allows
customers to return used toner cartridges to Lexmark at no additional
charge for reuse or recycling.
The Lexmark X560n also includes software to help customers easily scan,
share and organize documents. Customers can use the software to convert
scanned documents to a standard PDF format or transfer a document’s
contents into a spreadsheet or word processing file using Optical Character
Recognition. To help save even more time, the software allows customers to
scan documents directly into applications on their PC.
