DEVONtechnologies has released maintenance and feature updates for all editions of its information manager DEVONthink and for DEVONnote. DEVONthink Pro Office 1.5.1 adds support for version 2.x of the Fujitsu ScanSnap Manager, deletes the original files after they have been successfully imported through OCR, and allows to resize the input panel for PDF meta data. The embedded OCR engine has been updated to the most recent IRIS engine. Both editions of DEVONthink Pro also come with new scripts for importing Adium, iChat, and Second Life chat logs, BluePhoneElite SMS messages and BluePhoneElite call logs. Additional scripts back up the database to the iDisk or JungleDisk and archive flagged news articles from NetNewsWire.
