iLuv (http://www.i-luv.com) has announced the iHD171 HD Radio with
iTunes Tagging for iPhone 3G and iPod. This dual alarm clock with TV
connection capabilities, AM/FM Radio and song title display will be
available in January 2009 at a manufacturer’s suggested retail price
of US$199.99.
iHD171 HD Radio is compatible with iPods and the iPhone 2G/3G. It has
a Time Sync function that automatically updates the clock to match
the time on your iPhone or iPod. One touch iTunes tagging tags music
from HD Radio and saves the song info on your iPhone or iPod.
The iHD171 provides digital stereo for AM/FM HD Radio and multicast
stations and receives HD radio signals. It displays station, song
title, band and frequency information and receives standard analog AM
and FM stereo radio signals.
The The iHD171 has 30 programmable presets (10 AM and 20 FM) and
jAura acoustic speaker technology for rich sound. You can output your
favorite videos to your TV (iPod with video capability. Other
features include a: digital clock display with dual alarm function;
the abilityt o wake or sleep to iPhone/iPod, AM/FM radio or buzzer;
an auxiliary line input for audio devices with 3.5mm jack; and preset
EQ function and mute function.
