Cakewalk announces new line of USB audio interfaces

Cakewalk (http://www.cakewalk.com) has announced new additions to the
growing line of hardware products, designed in conjunction with
Roland. Three new USB audio interfaces — the UA-4FX, UA-25EX, and
UA-101 — provide a solution for the mobile musician and/or recording
studio to connect and capture audio to a Mac or PC.

The UA-25EX is a professional-level, 2×2 24-bit/96 kHz USB audio
interface. It’s equally suited in the project studio or as a mobile
solution on the road for high quality audio recording and music
production, according to the folks at Cakewalk.

The UA-4FX is a compact, portable 24-bit/96 kHz USB audio interface
featuring Roland COSM preamp emulation technology and effects. The
Cakewalk UA-101 provides up to 24-bit/192 kHz audio quality. It
sports multiple I/O options, professional grade mic preamps with +48V
phantom power, built-in analog limiter, zero latency direct
monitoring, and more — all housed in a half-rack, solid metal
enclosure.

All three will be available in September. Pricing hasn’t been announced.
