Iospirit has updated Remote Buddy
(http://www.iospirit.com/remotebuddy), Mac OS X
software for controlling Macs remotely, to
version 1.14.1. The upgrade is compatible with
Mac OS X 10.6 (“Snow Leopard”) and QuickTime X.
Remote Buddy users running Snow Leopard can now
create and control audio, video and screen
recordings in QuickTime® Player X using their
remote control. All drivers included in Remote
Buddy now come in versions for 32-bit and 64-bit
systems.
Remote Buddy is available for US$30, though
version 1.14.1 is a free update for registered
users. The software is Universal Binary so runs
natively on both PowerPC and Intel Macs. Remote
Buddy requires Mac OS X 10.4 (“Tiger”) or higher.
