WaterField Design (http://www.sfbags.com) has introduced two cases for the Apple iPad: the Smart Case and the thin iPad Slip Case. Both new cases offer protection for the iPad and come in six colors.
They fit into the personal size WaterField Muzetto metro bag. WaterField now offers four iPad cases including the previously announced Ultimate SleeveCase and iPad Suede Jacket.
The Smart Case (pictured) offers an Ultrasuede, scratch-free liner with a high-impact, rigid insert for screen protection. It’s enveloped by a water-resistant exterior, available in six color choices. The Smart Case is flanked by naturally tanned, distressed brown leather and is custom fitted.
The Slip Case for the iPad uses the same colored, water-resistant fabric on its exterior. An impact-resistant plastic protect the screen. WaterField now offers four TSA-friendly case options for the iPad — the Ultimate SleeveCase, the iPad Suede Jacket, the iPad Smart Case, and the iPad Slip Case.
You can pre-order all these products at the WaterField Design web site. They’ll ship within 1-3 weeks of the iPad’s release (slated for April 3). The Smart Case costs US$59, and the Slip Case is $29. They’re compatible with WaterField’s Personal Muzetto ($239), Small Cargo ($179-$209), Small Cozmo ($169-$199), and small VertiGo ($85).
