Punflay has announced Bounce It 1.0 for the iPhone and iPod touch. The US$0.99 app derives its idea from a children’s tale with Bouncer being the central character. Bouncer slips off and falls to earth from moon. The game involves helping him scale his way back to the confines of Moon. Bouncer will face obstacles trying to block its way, and also power ups which shall aid his ascent. The background in the device changes as Bouncer moves up in different layers of atmosphere.
Ragnar has announced Tumblie 1.23 for the iPhone, iPod, and iPad. The $0.99 was created as a puzzle game that mixes elements of problem solving with skill-based game play. It’s based on the concept of guiding a character’s fall by strategically dismantling the tower they are situated atop.
Evan Beland has introduced Match a Dog 1.0 for iOS devices. The $1.99 game lets you play with photos of the dogs from the ASPCA and help them at the same time. It’s a customizable adaptation of the matching game known traditionally known as Concentration, Memory or Pairs. Match a Dog lets users add pictures of their dog to the game on-the-fly from their device or search select dog related groups on Flickr.
AppBC has launched touchAble 1.0 for iPad, a $16.99 controller solution for Ableton Live. It allows musicians, DJs, producers and performers to fully control and perform Ableton Live from their Apple tablets. It lets them perform live from anywhere within Wi-Fi range while keeping latency at a minimum. TouchAble includes templates for Lives plug-ins and is fully compatible with VSTs, Audiounits and Instruments.

The world is being attacked by different kinds of aliens, and the user operates as the last line of defense. Aleryon has debuted a new Facebook client for iOS devices, Qubical, that utilizes the iPhone SDK Core Animation framework to present Facebook friend and photo album pictures in a new user interface. Qubical ($1.99) uses Core Animation to present the profile pictures of the user’s friends as tiles on an interactive 3D cube. A user double-taps a picture on the cube to see a friend’s Wall, mutual friends, and photo albums. Photos from the user’s photo albums and those of their friends are placed on similar interactive 3D photo cubes.
