The concept is simple: draw a sloping line and the viruses will roll down the line. Tilt the screen and the viruses will roll down the slopes faster. It unites classic puzzle and physics-based problem solving and more. For a limited time only, Virus Strike 1.0 is free.

Alfred Labs has debuted Backtrack Live 1.0, a $2.99 live position tracking and recording app for the iPhone and iPod touch. At launch the app displays the user’s location on a world map, and he or she needs only touch Start Tracking Live to have their position periodically recorded and uploaded. Users can tap the Share button to show their friends and family where they’ve been using email, Twitter, Facebook, or a number of other social sites. All tracks are stored securely on the Backtrack Live web site.
