iPlasq (http://www.plasq.com) has released Doozla 1.2 for the Mac, an update of their full screen drawing application for kids.
Doozla features free-hand drawing and painting tools, color-in templates, background images, auto-archive library management with webcam and tablet support. Version 1.2 offers a new “My Doozles” area that can automatically save and store all the Doozles that are created, as well as added the capability to export Doozles so they can easily be used in other applications.
Doozla includes a stack of artwork designed for coloring in and coloring over. The software uses curves to draw, not pixels. This means each twist and turn of your mouse makes beautiful smooth lines on your screen and printed page, according to the folks at Plasq.
Doozla is Universal Binary so runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel Macs. It requires Mac OS X 10.4.6 or higher. It costs US$24.95; a demo is available for download.
