Appache Mobile (http://www.appachemobile.com) says its iPad game, Chess Crusades, has been submitted to the App Store for the Mac platform for approval.
Appache Mobile previously licensed the game for the iPad platform, but has extended this license to cover the Mac, as well. The game was converted from the iPad to the Apple Mac using Slam Productions’ proprietary Rapid Application Development platform.
“Chess Crusades is the perfect app for the Apple Mac — it’s fun, looks even better on the larger screen of the Apple Mac and delivers an experience that you would expect from a big budget console videogame,” says Ed Blincoe, CEO of Appache Mobile. “By moving into the Apple Mac AppStore so quickly we’re positioning Appache Mobile to be a key player in the AppStore for Mac.”
