Maintain has released Cocktail 4.9.2 (Snow Leopard Edition), the latest maintenance update of Cocktail (http://www.maintain.se/c) for users running Mac OS X 10.6 (“Snow Leopard”) and higher.
The new version improves the clear potentially harmful files procedure, adds clearing of the latest variants of the MAC Defender (Mac Protector, Mac Security) trojan and adds the “Purge Inactive Memory” Automator action. The update is highly recommended for all users of Cocktail (Snow Leopard Edition).
Cocktail 4.9.2 (Snow Leopard Edition) requires Mac OS X/Mac OS X Server 10.6 or later and is tested for compatibility with Mac OS X/Mac OS X Server 10.7 Cocktail (Leopard Edition) for Mac OS X 10.5 and Cocktail (Tiger Edition) for Mac OS X 10.4 are available for download from the Maintain web site.
